Our policy on returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery-related issues.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must report the issue within 5 days of delivery. To process your claim, please provide clear photo evidence showing the defect and include the original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or replacement.

We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. Approved claims will receive a prepaid return shipping label or a full refund without requiring the item to be returned, at our discretion.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 60 days from the date of approval. In cases of force majeure — including natural disasters, postal strikes, customs seizures, or other events beyond our reasonable control — the refund timeline may be extended to a maximum of 120 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution and payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us at Customer service as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on the current order status.

Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Delivery Issues & Address Errors

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect addresses provided by you, or carrier service disruptions.

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately. If the package has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. Orders returned to us due to address errors may be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges for re-delivery.

Tempered Glass Screen Protectors

All tempered glass screen protectors are factory tested before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. Due to the nature of the product, no refund or replacement will be provided for installation damage, including bubbles, dust under the glass, chips from installation, or improper alignment.

If your screen protector arrives physically damaged or with pre-existing defects, please report it within 5 days with photo evidence, and we will issue a replacement.

Customs, Taxes & VAT

Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges imposed by the destination country are thesole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for additional fees charged by local authorities. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, the refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
