Important Notes
Business Days
All times are in business days (Monday–Friday). Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Courier orders include 2-3 days for packing and labeling.
Customs Clearance
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, which can add 3-10 business days depending on the destination country. If the customer fails to resolve customs clearance issues (including refusing to pay customs fees, providing incorrect documentation, or failing to respond to customs authorities), the package will not be returned to us. It will be automatically destroyed by customs and the customer will not receive a refund for the order.
Remote Areas
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time. Some locations may only be served by postal services.
Tracking
All shipping methods include tracking. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies (e.g., COVID-19), government actions, trade restrictions, customs strikes, or carrier service disruptions. Delivery times may be significantly extended under such conditions.
