We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Refunds are processed within 60 days, extended to 120 days for force majeure situations. Certain products, such as tempered glass screen protectors, may have specific return conditions.

Our products are covered by applicable consumer protection laws. We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace or refund defective items as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. All warranties are limited to the original purchaser.
